Adaptic™ Non-Adhering Dressing, 3s, 3" x 8"

This Non-Adhering Dressing is a primary wound contact dressing designed to minimize wound adherence and prevent maceration. It consists of a mesh impregnated with a specially formulated petrolatum emulsion making it easy to remove, thus minimizing pain. It is designed to protect the wound, minimizing pain and trauma during the management and therapy of dry to heavily exuding wounds. The petrolatum emulsion properties provide a soothing coating while preventing the adherence of dressing.

• For dry to heavily exuding wounds for which adherence of dressing and exudate is to be prevented.
• Indications: first and second degree burns, abrasions, grafts, venous ulcers, pressure ulcers, nail extractions, eczema, staples, surgical incisions, lacerations, reconstructive procedures, suture lines.
• Sterile.
