Abdominal pad is filled with cellulose fibers, making them super-absorbent. The fibers quickly absorb and disperse fluids laterally, to prevent pooling and maceration. The backing is constructed of a hydrophobic material to prevent strike-through. All edges are sealed to prevent linting.
