EvaCare® Gellhorn vaginal pessary is made of soft and pliable medical-grade silicone and can be more easily inserted and removed than other brands of pessaries. It is used for a second to third degree prolapse, or procidentia. The knob of the Gellhorn easily folds over for insertion, and once in place rests on the posterior vaginal wall.
