Designed for use on alert, awake tracheostomy patients who can breathe without assisted mechanical ventilation. Connects to 15mm connector on tracheostomy tube. Directs airflow past the vocal cords, giving patients the ability to speak without finger occlusion.

• Air flow through oral and nasal chambers decreases secretions, increases smelling ability and improves swallowing.
• Valve reduces hygiene and infection concerns compared to finger occlusions.
